   Just wanted to let you know, my partner and I fitted the ‘Smart Flap’ on Saturday and success !!! Its has so far stopped the local toms from entering my home, my cat seems happier and we are all less stressed when at home not listening out for the cat flap constantly being used !!

   So just wanted to say a big thank you for the quick delivery and a superb product !!

2. Hi!

   The cat flap is a huge success!! I had my doubts it would work so well but both our cats are happily coming in and out and seem calmer already – we were feeding at least four of the neighbours cats and ours were turning into nervous wrecks at all the strange cats coming in and out when they pleased!

7. Just a quick note to say how fantastic the service from yourselves and the catflap are. As you promised it arrived beautifully wrapped and on time. A lot of bigger companies could learn a lot from your service.

   The cat flap itself is brilliant - pretty easy to fit and worked first time after programming it. Our little cat loves his new safe home without next doors cat breaking in all the time. 10 out of 10!

9. Thankyou so much for emailing me - Ive just reserved the SmartFlap and can't wait for it to be released in June! I would purchase the petporte but do experience power cuts here in Scotland so would like the extra confidence the battery gives.

12. The petporte catflap is brilliant and has certainly removed the stress levels. The man from the double glazing firm who was replacing the glass panel with a solid panel made a good job of fitting it and is thinking about getting one for his own cats.

    However I am having problems with the night mode. The green light keeps going out leaving only the red one on continuously. I came down in the middle of the night to find my cats happily trotting in and out even though both green and red lights were on continuously when I went to bed. I have re-set it by turning the power off at the switch and then pressing the red button for one second. The green light comes on and locks the door but then goes out again leaving it unlocked. I do have a movement sensitive external light but this only stops on for 5 minutes which I didn't think was on long enough for the flap to 'think it was daytime'. Can you help? Many thanks.

15. An ingenious answer to the worrying problem of another cat entering the house and terrorising our kitten. We can now come and go, knowing our kitten is safe, wish I'd known about it before we wasted cash on a normal cat flap. Money well spent and prompt and efficient service. A thousand thank-yous.
